Your Care Plan
What Happens After You Book
If you have had an experience with telehealth that felt rushed, we understand. Here is what a Velora care plan looks like, from your first appointment to your ongoing clinical relationship.
Book Online, Anytime
Choose a time that suits you and confirm your appointment online. No referral from your GP is needed to get started.
A Thorough Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is at least 30 minutes. Your clinician reviews your full health history, lifestyle, and goals without rushing through any of it.
Your Personalised Care Plan
Your clinician develops a care plan around your specific health picture. Where suitable, prescriptions are sent directly to a pharmacy on your behalf.
Structured Follow-Up Care
We stay involved. Scheduled check-ins allow your clinician to monitor your progress, adjust your protocol, and respond if anything changes.
What to Expect
A closer look at how your care works
Booking is straightforward
You can book a consultation directly online, any day of the week. Our booking process is secure and takes only a few minutes. No GP referral is required. Choose a time, enter your details, and you will receive a confirmation with everything you need to know before your appointment.
Your initial consultation is unhurried
Your first appointment is a minimum of 30 minutes. Your AHPRA-registered clinician will review your medical history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and what you are hoping to address. There is time for your questions. Nothing is rushed or skipped. You will leave the appointment with a clear understanding of what your care plan may involve and why.
Your care plan is built around your health picture
Following your consultation, your clinician develops a care plan tailored to your health history, goals, and lifestyle. There are no single template applied. Your care plan is developed around your individual health history and goals. Where treatment is clinically suitable, prescriptions are issued electronically and sent to a compounding pharmacy on your behalf. Medications are dispensed and delivered directly to you. You do not need to visit a GP or a chemist to get started.
Ongoing follow-up is built into every care plan
Follow-up appointments are scheduled as part of your care plan. Your clinician reviews how you are responding to your protocol and may make adjustments based on your individual circumstances. Your care plan is reviewed over time, not set once and left.
