Driven by a commitment to patient-centred care, innovation and clinical excellence, Toni combines healthcare leadership with modern technology to improve access to safe, convenient and evidence-based healthcare services. Her focus is on building a healthcare experience that puts patients first while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and care.

Director of Clinical Operations

Luke brings extensive experience in clinical operations, governance, healthcare strategy and systems design. With a background as a clinical trial consultant and former Chief Operating Officer of a not-for-profit oncology research organisation, he has led operational growth, developed clinical governance frameworks and supported the delivery of scalable, compliant healthcare services. Luke's expertise spans strategic planning, risk management, telehealth, clinical research and healthcare innovation, underpinned by a strong focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Every consultation is guided by clinical judgement. Our AHPRA-registered clinicians are not incentivised to prescribe. Treatment decisions are based on what is clinically appropriate for you, assessed individually.

Time to Actually Listen

Your initial consultation runs for 30 minutes or more. That is enough time for a thorough assessment, your questions, and a proper conversation about your health history, not a rushed read of a referral letter.

Follow-Up That Is Structured, Not Optional

We do not disappear after your first appointment. Follow-up care is built into your plan from the start. Your clinician reviews your progress, identifies what is working, and adjusts your protocol when the evidence warrants it.

Velora is not owned by a pharmacy, compounding supplier, or corporate health chain. Our clinicians are not commercially incentivised to prescribe. Every recommendation is based on your individual clinical assessment.

Choose a time that works for you, any day of the week. Our booking system is simple and secure. No referral from your GP is needed. Just pick a time slot, enter your details, and you're confirmed.

A Thorough, Unhurried Assessment

Your initial consultation is at least 30 minutes. Your clinician reviews your full health history, understands your lifestyle, and discusses what you're hoping to achieve. No rushed appointments.

A Care Plan Built Around You

Based on your assessment, your clinician creates a personalised care plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. If treatment is appropriate, scripts are sent directly to your pharmacy.

Follow-Up Care That Never Stops

After your initial consultation, we schedule regular check-ins to monitor your progress, adjust your care plan as needed, and make sure you're supported every step of the way.
